oil seapage around turbo oil restrictor

Hi, Im getting some oil leaking where the restrictor screws into the housing on my new Garrett roller bearing blower. Im reluctant to tighten it further for fear of breaking it. I know thread sealants present a risk dropping into a bearing so I want to use one that doesn't fall apart. Any recommendations on this. Can PTFE tape withstand the heat, I was thinking of missing the first 3 or 4 threads so it cant drop down and block the oil hole.

I used on the water entrance of the VGT turbo PTFE and it hold good. You can use a new copper washer.
    Go Holset or Go RS4

Ill check but think its a tapered fitting rather than copper washer style seal. It arrived without a washer but worth a look.
