    Oil thermostat bolt ergent!

Got a leak coming from my threaded insert on what was my oil thermostat.

    Only bloody leak to!

Has any one got a bolt or know of a threaded bar or fitting that's the same thread?

    Cheers James

Do you mean the big bolt that holds the filter/thermostat housing onto the block?

I have a bolt, not sure what thread size it is though, it measures 19mm. You know theres an O ring at the top of the bolt? I'm sure mine weeped and I just replaced the O ring. I'd post a pic but Photobucket is down at the moment.

I have a blanking plate with a douty washer on the end, and a bolt made from a tube with a An fitting welded onto it, I am thinking its a finer thread than I have taped.
