        Is that not the resistor pack for the 3 speed fan settings?
        S2,RS2,S4 WB,RS4,S4 B8,RS6 C5,RS6 C6,R8

            Mine was with the last cable cut (the cable on the rear)! I have connected it yesterday! So i will have now more speeds on the Fan??

                yes - it should be bright blue in colour

                    Yes that was its color!!!! Now are all cables connected! But with the one disconnected i havent noticed any prob! Why???
