robo try opening your window mine is quite loud outside also. i sounds like i have a hole in my intercooler or something but the garage said it wouldnt tick over so well if i had this ?

With window open is louder (my car is lhd and noise is on rh side the ecu side), I got new clamps and hopefully that will do the trick but b4 that got to get my EM finished.
