    So have the codes cleared?
It a right ballache but they is no harm in double checking the timing including the dizzy alignment using the flywheel mark not the engine pulley one. It's hard to describe but when the dizzy is misaligned the car feels flat.
As you have got your camera out, show us how you have plumbed it without the Carbon can and evap. There is a check valve in that T to the evap to prevent boost going back up. Is that still there?

      Ok...

First of I decided to double check the compression just to make sure that I did not do something stupid when putting the head back together.

      Cylinder 1

      Cylinder 2

      Cylinder 3

      Cylinder 4

      Cylinder 5

They were all good so I decided to look at the timing, previously I had done it by setting it to top dead centre on the pully mark and with a screwdriver in cylinder 1 to ensure that it was ok.

I decided to line up TDC on the flywheel this time and this is what I observed

It appears that the cam pully is one tooth out to the left. I loosened the belt and moved the cam pully over one tooth to the right making sure the flywheel was correct. I then re aligned the dizzy

Car is still not right, there is more boost coming on but it appears only to be wastegate spring. It missed once but feels rather flat.

Have you checked to see if the hall sender fault is indicated Might be worth clearing the ecu.
Once you are confident that you have the basics right, you can start to eliminate other things.
        How are you measuring boost?

No need to clear the fault, turning it off and on is sufficient.

Have you pressure tested the intake?

Yeah DV correct, I will pressure test the boost system. Pretty sure it is fine.
