Deka 630 injector limits?

where is the safe limit of the Siemens Deka 630 injectors talking about 98ron fuel horse power? i thought that 630Hp with 4Bar FPR? and with a 5Bar FPR?

i am thinking o try a GTX3582....and i am not sure if those injectors are enough

I run those with gt3582,I would say max is 600 to be safe at4bar,I wouldn't go to 5 bar

and how much HP are you having with this turbo? less than 600?

it runs just over 500 with 1.8 bar and approx 70% duty, so could go up to 580-600 with injectors maxed and 2.2 bar,i am just trying to dial out the surge at the moment

i am using them with 85% duty with 4Bar FPR ,2.2bar boost as peak and 1.7Bar at 7500rpm ....the Hp calculation was something around 570/580Hp

i think that 100% duty is capable to make 620Hp?

dont run them flat out!!better to fit bigger ones with less duty

They will not be enough if you want to be in save duty cycle..

Yeah you don't want to run above 90%, because otherwise knock enrichment won't be possible.
