    Turbo gauge - doubt

    Guys,

I bought a Turbo gauge which reads positive pressure.
    How should I install it?

I don´t want to make a hole on my intake.

    What should I do?

I did a search and I saw that everybody uses the vacuum line, but I believe that it will not work for me.

    Rgds!

just dont use the fpr line, just because the gauge only reads positive pressure dosnt mean you need to fit it any differnet, well at the moment i cant see why not ? , anyway if you can get a T piece with a restrictor on the gauge side, as for making a whole in your intake , why ? the intake see's vaucume before boost also

              Guys,

I did the installation but it didn´t work.
I put the T on the line that pass by the passanger side.
Please, take a look on the pictures.

I did a test and this line is just producing negative pressure.
Maybe this is not the ECU line...

Someoone can give me any heads up?

There is a check valve on that line.
You cant see any positive pressure

You should use the line which goes into ecu.

I´m facing some difficulty to find this line.
Do I need to remove the glove box?

Under the glove box, take the trim away, look up and you will see the ecu. Either take it down for easy access to find the pipe off the box and to add T junction. You will see it when taking the trim off under the glovebox. Five minute job. and if you feel technical piggy back the cables from glovebox to light up the gauge

You only need to remove the panel below the glovebox, three screws. No need to remove the glovebox.

you should reach to the ecu and pull it down

There is a clip holding the ecu in place. It can be a bitch to remove sometimes.
                        Cheers

The ecu line you want WILL produce negative pressure unless you are accelerating under load so you won't be able to see positive boost pressure on your gauge without driving on the road.. So you might have the correct hose already. (I can't tell from the photos)

That's the climate control recirculation flap actuator and is connected to a vacuum reservoir and one way valve Take the line off the ECU and it'll work perfectly.
