    Aftermarket connecting rods recommend?

Since i'm going to rebuild my AAN in a very soon.I have GT2871 turbo running on E85.
My goal is something around 400crank hp on this turbo.so i think it's worth to do upgraded the stock rods at the same time.i found a lot of aftermarket rods available with various price.what rods would you guy recommend on my goal?in case of doing the stroker what parts do i need further to complete it?
one of a few I5 from Asia.

Pretty much no point to change them for the power level, but if you are having the entire engine apart anyway and measuring everything then it is a small price to pay, because you are essentially making your engine future proof.

And yes, try fcp-engineering.com or aronmatic2 on here.

I went with 159mm rifle drilled Pauter rods for my stroker project, the finish of them looks great and I'm sure they will perform well.

          B5 1.8T quattro

          B4 2.3 (decommissioned)
