Im no expert but not alot Im guessing may just spin up alittle quicker. Chipped your looking at 270-280 same turbo with newer components 290-300 if you were lucky. Standard parts would cope. You really need K24 7200 (RS2 turbo for proper gains) 360-370 BHP but then you need IC, injectors, manifold, FPR, mapped ecu! So £250 for 280 bhp or £2000 for 360bhp

Thanks, just found a post from Hoffa76 stating that 300hp is reliable for his hybrid K24 7000 but will push a bit more. I already have 280hp with homefry not fussed about going megga power 300-330 would do nicely.

Another question ( boost gauges what's the opinion of bods on here to go for Psi or Bar.

Hoffa knows his stuff for sure.
I've gone for BAR as thats what seems to be spoken about most on here.

Assuming you can do basic maths it doesn't really matter if you get
one in psi, (1 BAR =14.5 PSI), however the OEM gauges in your car are
in BAR so it makes more sense from that point of view.

You need injectors or higher fuel pressure, as the injectors are already done with the stock turbo.

Fuel pump should be fine if it's not tired.
Injectors, pick whatever you want. The green volvos are the easiest fit, plug and play.

                  They are also pretty cheap.
In my experience they are 440-450cc though, not 415cc.
