Help with coding table for audi cvt gearbox

Hi to all first ,


any one have access to elsa win or vas or what ever that have the coding table for the ecu of variable transmission cvt , audi a4 2001-2004 8E0 , i want it like crazy cos i fit new gearbox and it need recoding , and now am getting this error code

or if some one have too the fault table for that gearbox.

4) 18031 - Powertrain Data Bus: No Communication

Have you changed the ecu? You should of pulled the soft code from your old unit then entered tilt code into new one.

i didnt pull it does the softwear code command it how to behave and comunicate wuth the can bus system?

the original gearbox i had was fsf but i fit it with eve did u ever made this swap?

I assume you are talking about gear box codes. You need to ensure the part number on both ecu is same. Can physically read old one and read one on car with vcds. And yes the soft code does change the characteristics. Do you having a driving fault or just a code?

it drive well except this code and it make the gears indicator blink for the begin when u start the car , the ecu in both gearbox doesnt match , EVE has difference ecu end numbers while the fsf has end of part number with CR
