    precision turbo

is this a good quality turbo?
or this or a simillar Precision CEA
let's say for 450 ish with a good safety margin.
for a s2 what would be the difference between ar.63 and ar.82?
    spool time wise.

That would be equivalent to a 3076r turbo and. 63ar will definitely give you better spool. Should be better than 450 but hearing of so many broken chra from precision I wouldn't try them. Then again when they work they give decent numbers

They use ceramic bearings and I have read an article of how much are prone to break. not sure if this issue is fixed though

better stay with garrett, but Ive been told that the BB garrett are not made to last like KKK.
              really confused by now.
how much worst will it be the spool of a garrett 360 trust bearing compared to a similar power bb.
and witch one will last longer if you know how to treat a turbo car.
              thank you all

BB turbos demad quality oil like Motul lemans and competition series or any other quality brands. Also from my experience good well made oil lines with filters. If you do not constantly abuse them on over 2 bars I would say that they will last as long as kkk or trust bearings turbos even more.....
BB turbos are modern technology with more benefits vs old school, problem is that they can't be rebuild due to ceramic ball bearings however in our days some companies like turbonetics, precision, comp....... offer rebuild service.

Agree with Nikolas. Don't believe everything you hear. BB turbos running within spec should be lasting very long

I have a new and unused BB 6262 for sale if you're interested. I want to use a bigger 6466 instead, but will use the 6262 if no one wants it by the time my engine is finished.
