Could the worn/bad valve guides cause the car running smoke?

My car always smoke out when first start up the car in the morning.it's just a little rough idle while the car is smoking out.i believe there's some mist of oil dropping into the chamber and caused the fouled spark plugs.Last week i decided to replace the valve stem seals.the symptom was getting better.lets'say previously, the car would smoke out for a longer period like 30secs and gone. Now it got 5-10secs and gone.It also has a rough idle while smoking out.I remember once i removed the old valve stem seals i tried to move left to right at the end tip of the valves.they slightly worn out but not that bad.
i believe the smoke is not coming from the turbo(GT2871 purchased as NEW,40,000kms on clock with oil restrictor on the oil feeder line), since the engine smoke out the first second once it started up.I never seen the car running smoke under boost, accel or decel the gas on cruising.i remember the worn valve guides will be smoke out once you
WOT and then suddenly close the throttle.the high vacuum in the chamber will drool up the motor oil passing through the worn valve guides.i did the compression test and got 155-165 psi on 5 pots(with not fully charged battery,i bet the number is much higher with the good battery).I'm also having the big boost leak through out the PCV system as well.i'm going to rebuild my AAN soon but i just need the inputs to decide the plan for a rebuild since i'd like to get the H-beam rods if i decided to tearing the AAN apart.

I use to have a massive smoke problem. would randomly smoke some days and sod all the next.

after a lot of head scratching i found 20 worn gides and 10 dead inlet valves.

Since doing them it has been spot on. only get a puff now due to a crap map on cold start where it is running rich.

sort the air leaks first, my AAN A4 used to smoke badly and miss on startup even after the head was rebuilt with new valves and seals twice,
was a bad boost hose on one of the intercoolers causing this

my boost leak is passing out the PCV(Breather).I 'm running the catch can and noticed the boost was leaking out the catch can the day i had my car on
        the dyno.

My old AAN had 115Psi on compression test but never smoke out.I also had seen some AAN with 95Psi on all 5 pots without smoking.it's weird on my car mate.I'll need to remove the head off anyway but that's the big money once i have made up my mind since i need higher Rev and boost.

Ajarn Pop, I think you know what you need to do.

It will cost a lot of money of course, but a rebuilt block and heads will do a lot of good.
I think you just need new piston rings and bearings. Definitely all new valve stem guides and stem seals.
Shop around for the best price rods. Are you buying aronmatics?

BTW, the baht is strong to the USD now.

                Hey Chris,

yes Appreciation on Baht currency is our gain now lol.To be honest i don't want to tear apart anything if not necessary at the moment since it's going to cost me a fortune.i'm still needing to buy a new clutch since i'm thinking i have some problem fit my pressure plate ie,broken fingers etc.

I'm going to get the rods from Aron but seems it's available again on June.I don't know i still can wait for them.i have not driven my for 3 weeks since i left her at the Service shop.it has a lot of stuffs to be put on and finished.

i got a new piston rings now but the rod bearings is something i need to dig more infos since ETKA shows the different part# between upper and lower pieces.if you google it for this parts.the sellers always say it uses the same part#.i ever put on the same part# on uppr and lower 7years ago.finally,
spun the bearings.i still don't know if those were caused by the wrong part# bearing on them.i think it should mean something on the different suffix on the part#.
