Audi V8 3.6 AAN swap!

Hi guys,

mi friend has Audi V8 with PT 3.6 engine and automatic tranny. He wants to put AAN engine with 01E tranny so my question is, will AAN fit on PT engine mounts without modifications?

Also, does anybody have some link to similar project so I can see what to do about driveshafts and tranny mounts, because of tranny swap?

There can't be many that have done this swap. Worth finding out what the Audi V8 shares with the 100/200 and take it from there, as they were fitted with 5 pot turbo.
