what rods do i need ?

hi i am doing a aby engine and its going to have more bhp hopefully around 400-500
i am looking at these rods on the bay

anybody used them before or could recomend some rods in the uk that will take that kind of power .also what turbos are best for this .there are so many .

They are OK for the desired power.
About what turbo to use, search the forum there are plenty of projects with that power.

yes i have looked at different projects on here i suppose its down to cost and what will work with my setup .i will need bigger injectors and a new manifold and a 3" exhaust

Because pauters are good for 1000hp true?

I agree, the rods look great. I have an exhaust manifold + 4inch downpipe made by Hank. If you're after quality I would def consider one, and he's always really helpful if you need any advice.
