Adjustable cam and belt drive gear for 7A cams

I'm about to complete mine latest car upgrade (gtx3576r, 870cc, Tial gate, methanol injection, 7a cams....) I never had before adj. cam and belt gear what you think would I have any benefit from installating this upgrade and what adjustment I can perform?

At the moment I'm just researching my options but I want car to be 100% ready before the dyno! It will be kind of pointless after......

check out whether a 16v cam gear from kent or somebody will fit.

it wont fit a aby due to the cam sensor.

Any available that work with aby/aan etc. Will need one for a stroker.

I bought adjustable cam sprocket from Kent cams, it was sold to me as a golf 16v item tho they are the same, the only thing is the 4 bolts stick through the back of it, only by 2 or 3mm and need to be taken down a bit, see my thread:
