Need a pic of 3B t/belt idler removed from block

As above, when removing belt the other day, the idler will not come free from block!! Bolt is out and it's been soaked in penetrating oil since, no joy!

Is it recessed into the block ?

    Thanks in advance !

Insert an 8mm thread screw and use that to extract.
Has threaded hole...will be pushed out by this!
    All the best!

Sometimes gently tappping the roller with a hammer as you wind the bolt in helps it on its way.

When you install the new one...Dont use the screw to push the roller into place...be sure is in complete untill tightening the screw. Iff you dont take care at this..the new roller can go in wrong and can push the timing belt sideways.
                Regards!

IIRC I used a small pry bar to pop mine off with a piece of wood to protect the oil pump

I'm sure it will need a little attitude adjustment along side the bolt method, looks and grumbles like its seen a belt or three!
