    Here is some info:

    Intake

AAN, ABY, 3B_ Opens 3° ATDC, closes 25° ABDC, duration 202°, lift 8,3mm
    ADU__________Opens 13° ATDC, closes 35° ABDC, duration 202°, lift 8,3mm?
NM __________Opens 0° ATDC, closes 32° ABDC, duration 212°, lift 9,6mm?
    7A___________Opens 6° ATDC, closes 38° ABDC, duration 212°, lift 9,6mm

    Exhaust

AAN, ABY, 3B_ Opens 42° BBDC, closes 9° BTDC, duration 213°, lift 8,6mm
ADU__________ Opens 24° BBDC, closes 1° ATDC, duration 205°, lift 9,5mm
    NM __________ Opens 35° BBDC, closes 3° BTDC, duration 212°, lift 9,6mm
    7A___________ Opens 42° BBDC, closes 3° BTDC, duration 219°, lift 10,5mm

    Intake cams:

AAN, ABY, ADU 034109021AN (after mid-Feb.1991, 021AQ before - see diagram below)
Opens 3° ATDC, closes 25° ABDC, duration 202°, lift 8.3mm
Note: installed, the ADU Opens 13° ATDC, closes 35° ABDC, duration 202°, lift 8.3 mm (because the RS2 cam sprocket is turned 10 deg)

3B = 034109021AH (to N005500); 021AQ thereafter. Spec? Not sure. Reference thinks they are the same as the AAN, etc. above. (Different PN because of the 3B drive gear.)

NM 034109021AD (NM is a 2L version of the 7A)
Opens 0° ATDC, closes 32° ABDC, duration 212°, lift 9.6mm

    7A 054109021
Opens 6° ATDC, closes 38° ABDC, duration 224°, lift 9.6mm (7A looks suspiciously the same as the NM cam except for the 6° difference)

    Exhaust camshafts

    AAN, ABY, 3B PN 034109022D
Opens 42° BBDC, closes 9° BTDC, duration 213°, lift 8.6mm

ADU PN 034109022G (originally 034109022F, but the G replaced it Sept 30/97)
Opens 24° BBDC, closes 1° ATDC, duration 205°, lift 9.5mm

    NM PN 034109022C
Opens 35° BBDC, closes 3° BTDC, duration 212°, lift 9.6mm

    7A PN 054109022
Opens 42° BBDC, closes 3° BTDC, duration 213°, lift 10.5mm

Remember that the NM, 7A, 3B and early AAN intake cams have drive gears to power the distributor and/or cam position sensor (early AANs), as shown here (3B on the left, early AAN on the right):

That is because what you see is the casting number for the camshaft blank that is then ground to the respective specification. That said, I had an RS2 Exhaust and I think it had the 021G cast into it. (It's in my AAN now so I can't check it).

To check the lift and duration you need a dial gauge and a means to rotate the cam shaft so that you can find the base circle and then the start of the lift and then the final maximum lift.

I see... Better give it to machine shop to measure it for me and then compare to to the table in above post. As i wont figure out my self by the look of it.

Hey George, sorry I missed your call last week, had a busy couple of days plus I'm rubbish at keeping my mobile on me (I hate the thing), what was it you wanted to know?

From the numbers you have posted I would expect them to be standard cams, Nothelle didn't change them as part of the conversion.

            This link helps a bit.
