    We no longer require one. All turbos are balanced to exceed the borg-warner (OEM)specs.

        We high speed balance them at one of Garrett's 4 authorized rebuilders in America, this one being located in Arizona. They compared the factory specs with OEM samples we sent in, and wrote a spec all of our assemblies are balanced to. With Billet wheels, they are pretty darn close right out of the gate, but we wanted them to meet or exceed OEM specs.
