I am not sure what you are referring to as the "Diamond Washer" but I can suggest that without Item 2 in the diagram below, you are going to have issues.

No, its not that one. I ordered that reference and thats something diferent, not a washer. The one I mean is i betwen the pulley and the dent wheel.

When I ordered the wahser at Audi today they told me
it has some kind of diamond coating stuff on it.

Correct me if I´m wrong but if you have a crankshaft pulley
with numbers 251C or 251H you shall not use a washer ?
mine has 251C. and I didn´t use a washer in my older engine
with had this specific crankshaft and pullley, just a shorter block.
So teoreticly I should not use I now either.

The issue is the VIBRATION DAMPER, not any pulley, neither micro-v (Item 3A) or toothed. (Item 5). Vibration Damper (Item 3). You shouldn't need the 034105193 washer with a 251C vibration damper. More info here:

I use an AAT block and crank, not sure what year, I'll check tonight.

When you start the engine it will move outwards - from the cam pulley...why? I can't answer that question, but it will, almost certainly will 'correct' itself - once, it is running.
