    AJA diesel block

I got a aja diesel block, but i can not see where it should be welded. Is it right, that the only thing i should make, is close one hole in the block

ok... the AJA block dont need weldin; bur the head(if you use the 7a or 3b 20v head... need some small weldin to seal the gasged... and you need to redrill the bolt holes in the head too..( se this forum about stroker)BUT the syl diameter are only 79,5.. you need to rebore to at least 81,00 ...then you need to deside how long the conrods you want to use..then order the piston with the "right" comp..try to fint some of the build threads in this forum.. ( stroker)
    what hp are you aimin??

On the AAT/AEL block there is also an oil return hole that needs blocking. Most of the info is in this thread:-

There are more pictures in my thread or JP's or Jamo's.

the second photo, is that a frost plug or just a piece of turned steel? I have some high nickel rods so I intend on welding a piece to the block at the front.

I'm not sure what was used, I'm picking the block up up in a few days and will let you know

in the last pics, where the plug in the block ...in the corner.. the 20v head will not vover that... so minor weldin or make som thread in the block.. and plug it... you may try the dieselmls gasged, or the org 20v gasked( mls too) and test it...
