Been looking at these hydrogen conversions on the net.
I understand we just dont have the tech/ knowledge to make engines run on 100% water yet but found two companies that are offering kits/ fitted for £900ish.
I will be buying a new car in the next few months and although I run on bio in my a4 tdi quattro 1997 wondered what people thought or knew about hydrogen conversions?
Spoke with one company that has just converted an A8 D3 3ltr and is doing 60+mpg. They have to remap the car and my guess is that they lean the mixture right out? Hence why the mpg has gone up.
Is that how they're getting these mpg's or is it HHO conversion work?
Let me know your thoughts and experiences please?
Thanks
