It would require a flange to bolt to the Wagner EM, then a short(ish) spool piece (pipe) and then a V-band flange. Any BTDT's with a photo somewhere? Project Pad? MotorGeek?
Anybody done a Tial V-band WG on a Wagner RS2 EVO EM?

Sonic, how happy are you with the Tial unit?
I've ordered one so a bit curious.

Very - no complaints
Setting it up with the right springs is a bit tricky - you have to work out what pressure you want and mix the springs to get the correct resistance... then try and put them in and bolt down the cap, which is easier said than done!
Mine is also plumbed in with the coolant as well.S2Forum.com AdministratorComment

k.alle and Sonic: Thanks very much. I will pass the excellent info along. This is for a local fellow with a damaged UrS6 who is going to swap the supposedly built AAN into his 7A CQ. The UrS6 had a hack-job bespoke tubular header that was crap and had a V-band flange welded to the header. He is tossing the header on the scrap heap and using a Wagner RS2 EVO EM but he wants to keep the Tial WG (the turbo is a GT 3071).
I've pointed him to your info. Thanks.

So spring resistance on paper vs reality differs?
I'd like 0.8 bar.
I won't be going with the coolant, for now.
No problem, wish him luck.k.alle and Sonic: Thanks very much. I will pass the excellent info along. No you'll just gain a new appreciation for how much pressure 0.8bar is
The cap that holds the springs is small compared to the stock S2 one, so you have to press and hold the springs all the way down to get the cap on, and then screw the fiddly nuts on.
You might be best taking off the nipple on the top and holding it down with a clamp.S2Forum.com AdministratorComment

Is the marking of the springs accurate in your experience ?
Lets say I combine 2 or use one stated as 0.8 bar, will it show as 0.8 bar on my boost gauge?
I'd like to fiddle with it as little as possible

You could get two really long bolts to get things started...No you'll just gain a new appreciation for how much pressure 0.8bar is
