Pumps? What do you mean pumps? Normally there is just one pump. What is your fuel pump situation? Aftermarket set-up?

You need to do the Fuel Pump Test as suggested in this post:

No i mean the spare one iv got I have just got in from work and my son informs me that when he cracked the fuel line to the rail and got my wife to crank the car with the Imob On the fuel flowed ok, but then they tried it again with the Imob Off and no fuel flowed so im guessing the problem is alarm related what's your thoughts on this.

Don't nearly all immob target the starter ignition feed and fuel pump feed? So no fuel with immob on is normal.
Mine has a Clifford and if I don't start her within 30 seconds of unlocking it won't fire the fuel pump.

My error i mean to say when the immob is ON there is fuel flowing and when the immob is OF no fuel.

Sounds like your immobiliser is working backwards then? Might sound silly but have you tried actually starting it while leaving the immob on?

Yes tried that when you turn the key with immob on fuel flows but engine don't crank over .
