Bit of an update on this the car is making 13.8 psi boost. But is requesting 16.7 according to logs.
Stock is 13/14 psi on this engine so i would suggest it is mapped.
However I have cleaned the inlet manifold, ports and inlet valves up and the car is a lot smoother hasn't logged any misfires (yet) and since finding a small leak on the o ring for the MAP sensor I have not managed to get the under boost code to come back.
I hope this is it for this car.... I also hope it helps someone out. Steven.Comment

The best bit is the mpg has gone from roughly 23 mpg to between 38 to 40mpg.Comment
