      They're all different part numbers...
They have the same beginning, but different suffixes, a 040 is an 040, an 044 is an 044. Its called an 044 because that's the part number.

None of the other 4 part numbers you posted end in 044.

There is only one "044" pump in your list. The last one.

        Bosch 984 pump is 228 litres per hour and supports 500 bhp at 73.5 PSI # 0 580 254 984
        Bosch 040 pump is 235 litres per hour and supports 520 bhp at 73.5 PSI # 0 580 254 040
        Bosch 044 pump is 330 litres per hour and supports 730 bhp at 73.5 PSI # 0 580 254 044

          I don't understand Andy's confusion.

not that i can help much.

but true 044 pumps have the part number ending in 044. and BEWARE the fakes. they have different sized fittings.

i run two REAL 044's in my car, and they do quite well even on E-98 almost pure ethanol.

i get them from this place, www.looseboltsmotorsports.com

            how to spot a fake:

Rotary Car Performance - BOSCH 044 real and knockoffs --read this-- - I just wanted to let everyone know that in addition to knockoff wastegates, blow off valves and turbos we can add Bosch 044 fuel pumps to the list. Someone recently bought a pair of 044 pumps from a fellow forum member and the pumps looked different...

              Great links speeding-g60.

There were a HEAP being flogged off locally in australia at one point, needless to say one guy had a lot of people knocking at his door not long after.

Curious about your set up speeding-g60 as I'm not sure which pump to use, what base pressure do you have on your set up and how much boost?

You'll find them in the tank of 10V coupes as well as 100's/200's if that's any help.
