on a coupe I very much doubt you will get two 044 pumps in the tank. you could have 1x lifter pump in the tank then 2x 044's externally fitted (will be noisy if inside the car)

Some avant owners have fitted 2x pumps in the spare wheel section.

              Nice setup you have there
But one of the reason i want to install them in the tank is because the build is suppose to look as original as possible, "a wolf in sheeps clothing" if you will

                Thanks

I understand. I wanted to keep as much of the interior as possible when i did this. Keeping it as clean as i could with black an fittings and nyloncovered lines. Because of the catchtank I never even thoght of hiding the pumps either.

No problem to fit a hidden catch tank inside the
tank also, or somewhere else in the back :-)

Here is my setup that i have started on now, not completely finish yet, but a good start.
The filters are mounted at each pump in the bottom for best possible suction to each pump, also i had to cut off some off the length to the filter adapters to make it as short as possible, i don't have a Picture of this

Where did you source the fuel pump inlet filter?
