I can't see that the stock wastegate would be that hard to re-conditon, there is only 1 moving part. The valve stem has some kind of chrome plating on it that flakes off and I am sure this causes the majority of problems people encounter with them sticking or not actuating correctly. I am sure this could be re-plated.
I am sure the valve guide could be replaced with a custom machined guide - not sure on the material, maybe phosphor bronze?
Not sure what clearances would be required though, I guess it is subjected to the same heat as an exhaust valve, but with no oiling

I have had my waste gate apart this week the valve stem is stainless of some sort as magnet won't stick to it, and I removed the valve guide, found it very light in weight but sticks to my magnet.

Is there any method how correctly choose/calculate correct wastegate with correct spring ? I mean if all engine specs are known just wastegate is left ... What needs to be taken into count ?

the wastegate diameter is always a trade off between boost control and base boost (but for us, this is not an important point).
To calculate the minimum diameter you have to know the massflow throught the engine and a turbine map of your turbocharger. Then you could calculate the diameter with the help of the mach number.

In my opinion: bigger is better / take into consideration the boost control

I'm just breaking my brains what started creating surge on turbo compressor (that's what I think; from around 1.6 bar) .... from all setup what was changed is tall block (stroker) was fitted in, before that was no surge phenomena ...
