Battery and additional eart point suggestions

Looking for suggestions for a new battery, what rating should it be ect..
Also I'm going to put an additional earth strap from the battery but can't decide where to?

Bell housing
Intake manifold
Cylinder head

Considering the type of ignition on the 3B and spark hop/cylinder pressure being its weakness, as close to the plugs as possible is the best location. ? Or not ?

I use the Bosch S5 battery and I've also run a 2nd earth strap from the battery to the bell housing. The car was slighty sluggish to start even after I'd cleaned the earth strap on the drivers side, after adding the 2nd strap the starter was spinning over much quicker.

in the end i've ended back up with Bosch S5 batteries, they are cheap from eurocarparts or ebay

And when I say 'I' fitted the extra earth cable, it was actually Brian Tonks, so credit where it's due
