Stage 1 : 40Nm
Stage 2 : 60Nm
Stage 3 : 180 degrees (or 2 x 90)
Tightened COLD in special order described below where left is timing chain ie ODD numbers are exhaust side:
09 - 05 - 03 - 01 - 07 - 11
12 - 08 - 02 - 04 - 06 - 10
Loosen bolts in reverse order to that shown above.
ALWAYS renew head bolts and make sure a new set of bolts all have the same tensile rating. Can't remember correct rating right now...
