Oem Fuel filter

Having just bought a Oem fuel filter, was a bit dismayed that it only came with one crush washer and because it was under a plastic protection cup on the 17mm side and the 19mm side didn't have a cup, I thought hey maybe it only needs the one so promptly fitted it with the expectation of a leak when I started the car and bingo a leak on the 19mm side in fact it was pi--ing out with no other car to use I started my 4 mile walk to my local auto shop and promptly picked one up, and with a nice Costa coffee to ease the pain on the way home fitted it and now leak free

So Audi can't be bothered to supply 2 washers for their filter. they are cheap enough at £10.38 incl vat.

Fitted a few now and non have come with washers and yet you must fit one as you found out. I just clean the old ones with sandpaper.
