    cooling problem

    Hello guys,

i few time ago, I changed my cylinder head gasket.
For 6 months the car was in our garage and now when i'am starting i have a lot of pressure in my cool system. So i decided to do a cylinder pressure test again and the conclusion was that my gasket was broken again. This winter i will rebuild the car again but for sure i need a solution for my temperature. My radiator fan run in first when i have a temperature of 105 degrees and in second run at 113 degrees.I have already put a new cool temperature sensors on the cylinder head and a new sensor on the bottom of the radiator. Is its possible that the relay not good is?: Verdachte:

Did you skim the head or block when you replaced the head gasket?

Did you have the head pressure checked or checked for flatness?

Its a AUDI RS2 code ADU.
when i changed the gasket the head was flattened and pressure was also good.
even when the head was leaking, the cool fan has to work when the temperature of 93 degrees arrive,no?
