    Which NGK Iridium Plugs?

Chaps. After reading on here about the potential issues with the Bosch plugs, I decided to check what I had, and yep they're F5DP0R (1yr/5k old).

The car is seemingly running fine at the moment, but for my own peace of mind I'd like to replace them with a set of Iridium NGK's.
I could do with some advice on which one though.

The S2 is an ABY, modified to RS2+ spec with 360 BHP.
Would it be best to go for the BKR-7EIX, or the BKR-8EIX for this spec?

    Cheers,
    Pete.

From what I've learned its best to stick with the ones you got in would be interesting to see if anyone can recommend something else tho.

8's be too cold at that power level use BKR-7EIX. Losts of threads offering advice over the plugs, I would say at 360 bhp just use stock plugs make sure they are from audi

        I have tried numberous plugs.
        I tried bkr7e and denso ik24 to name 2.

both worked differently ik being great when hammering it.

long and short of it if you don't want fouled plugs stick to stock ones. perfect for the job.

I ran 2bar boost on stock plugs ans 12k coilpacks on vems. I upped the charge to the coil and all was fine.

I get my plugs from spakplugs.co.uk stock ones also.

Thanks chaps, seems that the stock plug/heat range should be fine then.
