2.4 is the max I saw with MRC Development chip.
It felt a bit strained though - I recommend moving up to an RS2 exhaust manifold, RS2 turbo and 37lb/hr injectors + appropriate chip.
I've recently done this and the pull is now much stronger and it doesn't feel like it's trying too hard any more..
