How do I remove a turbo

Is there an easy way to remove an RS2 turbo off the exhaust manifold?

When i had put in the new studs I remember it was such a PITA I put the new studs in with the turbo in place.

Now I have to get a bigger turbo in, what's the easiest method? Undo the engine mounts and front snub mount and jack the engine up?? Comments please??

Er, no need to take off engine mounts or anything like that.
