2.8 QC Cambelt Kit - Anyone change mine for me?

For a fee of course, just dont really want to spend a load of cash having a garage do it when I'm sure there are probably members near me who would be able to do it cheaper. I'd be happy to pitch in and learn how its done, I just don't have the tools or confidence to try and tackle this myself. (Unless its really straight forward, and there is a guide that I've missed) I'm in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong area!

It really depends on how good a mechanic you are Andy !
The job is quite involved. Had mine done on my 2.8CQ twice this year now (don't ask)
You will need the crank locking tool and it's probably best to change the water pump whilst you there. Can't help much as I did not do mine as it scared me off

It was just as well though as there were problems removing one of the water pump bolts !
For what this cost me so far I could have bought an S2
