Need help: Vag-com /VCDS readout showing chip tune

I am looking for a lap-top screen image of a VCDS/Vag-com readout of the basic chip set info. In particular I am looking for one from somebody with a non-stock chip set, e.g. Paul N's homefries, prj, MTM, MRC, SMS, etc. where the tuner left notes about the chip set in the Label file. I did a search on VCDS and found a few screen shots but they all said Label = None. I want one that says "280 hp, 3 Bar" or the like.

Like this one posted by minim but with info in the label field:

Or probably better, this "open controller" screen from the Ross-tech manual, hopefully with some notes in the "Extra" fields.

Might not be exactly what you're looking for, but this is what Dmitri left in my ECU
I could hook up VAG-COM to it some day and get a proper screen shot.

Thanks Lars. At least that shows that those fields can be modified by the tuner. "MAN 1" obviously means something to Dmitri but is more than a little cryptic for us (but I am sure that is what he wanted).

Anybody with a MTM or Dahlback tune that can post a similar photo?

Does this look familiar to anyone? Dmitri? I *think* "PMC 4" = MTM Stage 3 for RS2 hardware BUT I am not 100% sure.

Don't make me beg folks. Trust me, it's not pretty.

At this point, if some one could post the equivalent Open Connector screen for an UrS4/S6 with MTM Stage 1 or Stage 1+, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking, but need to confirm, this code designation sequence:

            MTM Stage 1 = PMC 1
            MTM Stage 1+ = PMC 2
            MTM Stage 2 = PMC 3
            MTM Stage 3 = PMC 4

Having VAG-com screens for MTM Stage 1 and Stage 1+ would confirm or deny my guess.

            Please?

              Dave,

I don't have a screen shot for you, but I can tell you that I had the second "MTM 3 bar chips" in the states, which was what it was called at the time. The "stage 1+" thing came later. The chip I was using came via Jo Hoppen and was beta code. I was told that it was a German market chip set, what ever that meant. I was told that when newer code came out that I would have to send it back, but I never would let it go until I went to the Lehman setup a few years later.

Anyway the first time I plugged up a the VAG 1552, I had no VAGCOM at the time, the first thing to pop up was "MTM 3.0bar 270PS". This was later removed by MTM due to problems with the dealers in the US. The dealer in Atlanta wouldn't touch my S4 until I put my stock ECU back in. No problem since I had a spare.

Thanks Tom. Not to go off topic but can you elaborate on the Lehmann set-up?

Okay. I got a PMC 1 screen for a MTM Stage 1 from someone on my home forum. Still looking for a screen from someone with MTM chips and a 300 kPa (3.0 Bar) MAP sensor to confirm that will be "PMC 2"

Nobody with real MTM Stage 1+ software for their AAN and has access to VAG-Com?
