Did you have any surge with the .82 housing, was it much of a problem with your previous .63?

It will surge if I lift the boost further and make it bog down in 5th.

The .63 was painful on reflection.. That said this is in a 1285kg Ur.. And the weight changes the game..

        * with w/m injection

Without it would be not more than 430-440.

50 hp on w/m is a little bit on the optimistic side

On contrary. It is on the pessmistic side. Especially on a dyno, as they measure IAT at inlet and not from IAT sensor on the car.
Example: HX35 Super <450hp without meth, 520 with.

Mine did 485 without and 507 with

Only one 550cc jet and probably pretty safe mapping...

That's almost as good as using nitro. Sorry I find it hard to believe whatever results you can produce. But that is just me and I could be wrong as I have been many times.

Motronic will advance ignition a lot more once w/m is in place.

I'll post up some dyno graphs later on.
We extra did a comparison to compare hp with and without w/m injection.
RS4 also goes from 440ish to 520 on dyno with WM install and proper mapping.

                        Talking about GT3076R + 7A cams, the best option is 0,63 or 0,82 A/R?

Yes your engine had a hugely worked head and very good profile cams. So the gains on w/m just by increasing timing need to be adjusted on the rest of the head work then. So saying to someone on the forum you will gain 50 hp on w/m without taking into account the rest of the engine I take it as a mean hp of gain. So then w/m can give you anything between nothing and 100 hp?

30R with 7A cams it will be very difficult to go from 1st gear to 2nd.
0.63 housing will choke that turbo pretty hard as well, you can't use the full potential of the compressor with it.

So in this case GT30 + std cams is the best solution for this turbo.

I'm seeing that the use of 7A cams is very restrict. I have 7A cams and I would like to use, in this case GT3071R 0,63 is the best option for a engine near 400~450cv.

K26/27 + 7A cams would be a better option? Can K26/27 produce more torque?

                                K26/K27 will be somewhat lagger...
The only reason to use 7A cams on 3071R really is to somewhat delay the spoolup and then get a better filling at 5500 rpm, which is where peak hp is.
