Audi S2 Vems Tuning Problem!

Hi Guys,

i have a problem with my tuning. I ve done with my build and tune the ecu.
Today i logged my test into vems and this is the result.
They are fluctuation by map and the ignition.
I hope you can help me
My Build:
ABY, Vems Ecu, Siemens Deka 630 cc, 7,1 to 1 comp, Cat cams, Boost controller n75, 034 efi coils, kkk 31

First sight your lambda is OFF by far. Who gave you the ECU??? Why are you doing it to your car????

I do now an expandet ve table and ignition table. 420 kpa to 9200 rpm...

i do it for me to learn these tables better to use. So the table you did is realy rich, its realy good but i optimized for idle revs to get 0.95 lamda.
And ive send you an email

0.95 is rich at idle....try the Config #3 out and send me a log.

So i did little boost 0,5, 0,7 bar. i had little problem at the idle i must change the value from the injector to 3.8 ms. With 3.1 my lamda and ignition fluctuate

I do this test with the Config3

no man, change it to 3.1 again. It is too rich now. You need lambda 1 at idle. For 630 Siemens injectors you have to use approx 3.1. You have to scale the whole VE table down. Tell me what Fuel pressure regulator you are using (pressure).
