Perhaps your question is a bit vauge... you might want to rephrase, perhaps include the type of vehicle and modifications already on the car.

As a general rule if it is going on a 2.2 inline 5 turbo you will need strong rods, stronger pistions, to start, along with larger fuel pump(s), injectors, exhaust manifold, downpipe, ect ect.

Sorry I have a stock aby running rs2 hybrid rs2 ex manifold larger injectors bosch 044 fuel pump and 4 bar map sensor And chipped standard ecu

If you have a healthy engine the minimum you will need is, con rods, exhaust manifold, big injectors, big downpipe/exhaust and obviously a remap.

It will make 850-1000 hp depending on the options you choose for the GT42.
Also you will need 2 044 fuel pumps.

If your happy whit 500hp or so just get a smaller turbo. If you like to run the gt42 at its full potential a lot of modification are needed.

Are you talking about modifications just to physically fit that turbo to the EM and associated plumbing or what else needs done to extract the best from it.... In saying that it is better to look at the question from the other way - what are your hopes, requirements or expectations for a bigger turbo - lots of mid range torque or an all out screamer for maximum power ?

I am not up to speed on that particular turbo but if you are aiming above 500bhp then you are looking at head work, forged rods, exotic pistons and much uprated fuelling. Stock MAF won't play there reliably either - you are looking at aftermarket ecu or someone like dmitri doing a custom tune with Hot film MAF. Big exhaust and intercooler are de rigeur too of course !

I have a chip set of dimitri that im running so would be a problem carrying on with dimitri if he wanted to do it. Would it be nessasery to do a stroker? Or more efficient should I say
