Boost gauge fitting?

I just fitted mine yesterday it's tight at the
Back also,but I managed to feed the hose round
I might fit an elbow incase in squashes the
Hose.

Mine won't move at all with the gauge in can either fit the gauge with fllap open or shut once its fitted it won't move at all

You just need to cut a small section out behind the gauge to allow movement, doesn't allow complete closure but hey-ho. Been fine on my 90 for 2 yrs now....

Just checked, mine only opens half way
Where's best to wire it for the light?

Was thinking that but to be honest i usually have the heat on the windscreen or my feet so might just leave it shut. No aircon so won't need it in the summer

Really? thought it got fairly hot up there once or twice a year

Even had the sunroof open

OK got it fitted and piped in max boost on hard acceleration is 1 bar just, is this normal or too low ticking over sits on about -o.6

That sounds about right I think. They boost at top boost in 5th and 6th.

Yeah one Bar is about right for a standard car, though you should see 1.2 in the higher gears under the right conditions.

Only used up to 4th just flying round the block to see if it worked feels nice now the boost leak is sorted too, hate that anticipation of bieng thrown through the windscreen when it throws a strop
