running ADU cam gear on AAN?

i've been hunting for info on the ADU cam gear as i know it is different than the AAN. i did read that that the shutter wheel is positioned differently on the ADU than the AAN. weather the ADU is advanced or retarded and to what degree is a gray area to me. the info i've found is very vague as no one says weather its retarded or advanced and it could be anywhere between 7 to 10 degrees. i have 7A cams and from what i've read they are comparable to RS2 cams. i have an AAN cam gear with a broken key way that im going to modify to use a woodruff key and move the shutter wheel to be like the RS2 gear if there is going to be a power gain from the modification.

In terms of lift and duration, the 7A and ADU are nothing alike. The ADU has an ABY inlet cam with a shorter duration, higher lift exhaust cam. 7A cams are longer in duration and higher in lift than either.

What are you trying achieve by running the ADU cam pulley? Do you want more top end, more mid range, earlier boost threshold?

The man to answer this one is urs4boy (Dave), as he's bound to have measured the whole thing to the nearest arc second
