running hi boost, oil intake build up?

I just put the used low miles AAN on my car.recently,
today i just removed off the boot hose(the one from filter to
turbo inlet).I was so surprised when i saw a fair amount of the
motor oil build up.I pulled off the spark plugs. They were completely
dried.I only noticed some slight amount of motor oil deposited
on the top of the pistons. They did that on 5 pistons.I tried to
remove the 5 injectors also found some motor oil under Intake manifold.
let's say from part to part since the turbo intake boot to the chamber
i found motor oil.the car occasionally smoke out after hard driving.
she smoke out for 2-3secs and disappeared.i never took off the PCV
and regulating valve for inspection since the motor is pretty fresh.
the car is running with GT2871 28-30psi of boost,E85 bio fuel.
Could it be running hi boost caused the PCV pushed out too much blow by?
the rocker cover is sealed.100% leak free from blow by.
I have Mann Proven 200 oil seperator laying from the old motor.Should
i have it installed?i will be removing that 2 valves on PCV first off.the reason
i don't want to touch anything on the motor since all the clamps is still
from factory since 1993.Even stock valve cover gasket.

you can check the one way valve under the throttlebody if it closed by boostpressure
i think it's better to adapt your crankcase ventilation
i also use a mann provent 200,it's realy great.total no oil in tubes and intake
also, check your tubes and ic for oil and clean it after you solved the problem
    good luck

      Nick,
mind to share how to route/install your proven 200?
not sure if previously i did it correct.another thing did you vent
the oil build up back to the sump.i purchased an adapter
and put it on the turbo oil return line.i remember someone said
the drain back needs to be below the min. oil level on the sump, otherwises
it might be pressurized from the excessive blow by in the sump.
i think the 034 efi adapter is still sitting above the min. oil level in the sump.
      that should be any problems?

i use no pcv or one way valve.just open tubes from 25mm inside.i made a connection from engine block to a T-split. the t-split is connected to engine-valvecover and provent.the other connection from provent is connected with the tube behind the valve cover that go's to the turbo hose
the little tube on the bottom of the provent have i connected to an adapt sump plug
i also made an extra ventilation on valvacover and a baffleplate in the sump but maybe it's not necessary
it's easier to make a open crankcase ventilation but i made it like this for the inspection here in Belgium.

on page 2 below or pictures of my sump and ventilation

Thanks for the inputs.I have read your thread.it's great to handle the ventilated system.
you plugged off the small pcv valve under the intake manifold right?By doing this the oil fumes will
be going in one single direction to the Proven 200.

          Here's my plan,
i will be plugged off the small drain port at the bottom of the Proven 200.connect the hose after the
regulating valve(black pancake valve along side the block) to Proven and plumb the outlet port from
Proven 200 to boot hose(turbo inlet hose).Should it be fine?

PS.Nice Baffle on the sump though.

thats fine but if you plugged off the little drainpipe from mann provent 200 than you must check time to time the filter in the mann provent for hi oil level, you understand?
