urS6 Auto - non starter

Can an urS6 auto be towed on it's four wheels in neutral, as it won't start due to dodgy starter.

Not in an attempt to start it, but to move it to a new location.

how far does it have to be towed?

I think hand book states 30 miles flat tow limit for Quattros -it is for Coupe's at least.
