Paul from Roose mailed me that he can deliver the hose with 70mm inlet for the K26/27 turbo's.
Asked him how much and how long it would take

      Keep you guys posted.

Incl shipping to Belgium it is 160gbp, so should be a bit less to the UK. Around 2.5-3 weeks waiting time.

I have this hose and it's a modified standard hose. It's a 70mm connector to the turbo but has the original size inside. The hose also badly interferes with the bodywork by the rear of the headlight. I will post pics of the restriction and issue with clearance.

Hmm that isn't ideal then indeed.

This is GTM their 70mm hose, much better:

I think you are searching for problems where there are none

As long as it's bigger than the turbo inlet, I don't think there's any measurable restriction.

I wonder if that will fit my AAN stock air, then it would be ideal for me as my stock hose dosent fit my K26/27 turbo Don´t want to use open airfilter thue to dusty enviroment and heatsoak...

With the metal ring inside I think it slightly smaller, but the question is indeed if the slight non-smooth path the ring causes is giving anything measurable to think about.

Previously they were around 130€ I think.

                                Hi guys,

I've got a standard Roose boost hose kit and I'm fitting a K26/27 so I'm looking to make an adapter up.

I thought that using a 70-54mm (ID) straight reducer with a piece of metal pipe between the reducer and boost hose would be the cleanest install.
Due to the space restriction the straight reducer would need to be shortened, which wouldn't take long with a knife...

                                For an idea this is the thing I was thinking about;
                                http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1710924720...84.m1423.l2649

Anyway looked into buying the reducer and I can't find a 70mm to 54mm anywhere! They make 70-51mm and 70-57mm but not 70-54mm!

Any ideas if it's available anywhere, maybe I would need to contact roose / samco directly...?

                                Cheers
                                Leigh
