1,3bar have a pressure gauge in one of the airholes in the car. If i try more boost it only goes in "security mode". So it goes in security mode before i hit 1,5 bar.

      N75 is not in use.

I use a manuel boost controller from turbosmart, like this one: http://www.turbosmartusa.com/product/boost-tee

          + i have a Forge resirk valve.

But the N75 is still connected.

Yes, but i have mtm 303 chips and a varimap mapsensor from 034.
              Isnt this okey?

This is normal thing to do in norway.

I would say NOT okay. You have a good set of chips but you aren't letting them control the engine the way they were designed to do. The manual boost controller (MBC) is overriding the chips, at least at the upper end, where you think you are having problems.

Strongly suggest that you remove the MBC and make sure that the N75 is hooked up properly.

Have a read on this N75 Post:

Typical MBC installation - yours might have issues anyway:

mbc is never good in imo. ebc yes, mbc no.

sounds like you should be using motronic though with that chipset

Do you guys think this can be the reason for loosing power over 4000rpm?

When i bought the car couple of years ago, the car was going like ****. Then i bought i boost gauge and it showed 0,6 bar.
Then i bought a mbc and a forge resirk valve then the pressure came up to 1,2-3 bar.

                      Was the n75 broken then?
Should i buy a new n75 and do it the original way again? J or H n75?

Definite maybe. Strongly suggest that you remove the MBC and make sure that the N75 is hooked up properly both hose-wise and electrical connection-wise and then "test" your car again.

Classic post. Part way through a "HELP ME MY CAR IS BROKEN" thread, the poster finally decides to disclose the complete story, after wasting several people's time trying to figure out the problem based on partial truths, not the complete story.

0.6 Bar = the N75 isn't hooked up OR the boost line to the ECU from intake manifold to the MAP sensor in the ECU isn't hooked up properly OR there is a leak OR the N75 is fubar'd.

Have fun. I'm done. Maybe the next sucker will help you.

Don't worry, try the original setup with the N75 and let us know if it solves your problem.
