theoretically speaking.. if one were to have a combination of Audi Sport 25v head and aluminum 20v turbo block is fitment straight forward? What about 25v valve cover? I believe them to be different but would a 20v valve cover bolt to 25v head?

That's a lot of "theory" there Anton. If you are thinking something like the 25V Talledega engine, the cam cover was not like the AAN cover:
RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan
94 UrS4 V8 6 spd manual avant -
25v head has 10 exhaust ports, one port per valve, so BiTurbo is possible

if some have the weldin skills. there ARE possible to MAKE one 25v heads.. using 2 of the 1.8turbo head.. aeb's....... and i have seen a prototype 25v on the sales forum... this forum, a forgotten rallycar in a garasje...Comment
