    RS2 spark plugs

    Hi All,

I'm just about to change my plugs on the RS2 and did a quick search to see what other people are using,to find a lot of conflicting info' regarding the original Bosch F5DPOR which are in the car now.

So what are you using in your RS2's or RS2 spec cars??

    Cheers
    Andy

It seems to be between these and the NGK's that are a bit cooler - all detailed in the threads I'm sure you've read.

Personally I'm still running stock on my RS2 with hybrid turbo and 2.1bar without any issues. I might give the others a try some time and see how they compare.

I've heard people had issues with Bosch plugs, I changed mine to new F5DP0R about two years ago purchased from EFI express, they seem ok and seem to handle RS2 power (chipped) just fine

Not sure what really causes the failure or maybe the ones that experienced failures were just a bad batch?

I will be changing mine to bosch DRC as per EFIEXPRESS in the summer. I have a fresh platinum on now but don't trust them anymore. Must have been some poor batches.
