    Rattle sound engine urs4?

    Hi

Anyone knows what that little "rattle" sound could be?
I think it could be a valve or so but it's an engine so could be anything....

And i also have a very hard clutch pedal what is the main thing to solve this?
    -Replace master cylinder
    -Replace clutch?
    -Leak

Where do you guys bug a clutch and what is a right price?

Sounds like the power steering pump, I'd check the PAS fluid and give it a good flush personally. Not sure if anyone else has any thoughts

Hmm can be as i did some cornering, although no problems at all with steering.
Would this need a replace or no problem to keep driving with that?

I think it might not be a bad idea to flush the PAS fluid as a first course of action, use G004000 genuine Audi fluid, was about 15 per litre I believe, 3 litres should be able to flush the system pretty good.

With regards to the pump itself, depends what is causing the noise, someone else might be able to give better advice on that

A hard pedal on an UrS4 AAN is a sign that the clutch is getting very worn out. If you leave it too long, you will be "rewarded" with a either a fatigue-cracked broken clutch pedal or the main shaft of the clutch master cylinder. Your choice.

LUK and Sachs both make clutch kits for the DMFW, unsprung clutch disk, AAN clutch.
