    Aircon pipes on an RS2

Had to change my condenser on the RS2 due to a leak. The top hose that connects to he condenser pipe has a nut with a pipe through it. Mine has a definitive cross thread but you can't get a tap in because the pipe is in the way. Any ideas before I she'll out a vast amount for a new pipe?

It's probably not cross threaded, the soft aluminium threads tends to break away with the steel nut IME, have separated many old AC pipes that come apart like this. No real solution to it. Do you have a picture of the pipe / hose you need? I have a few spares in my collection I might be able to help.

      Hallo Error,

Since you mentioned that you have some spare pipes, do you have one that goes from firewall to dryer? Mine has a hole in it and, of course it is NLA by Audi?

Let me know if you can help.

      Thanks
