Morning people,

Sorry for the urgent request but ..

Will a 1993 2.6 ABC auto from a Coupe fit straight into a 2000 2.8 auto cabrio ??

A friend of mine is after a cabrio and has found a mint santarin blue car with cream leather, for a bargain price because it has a top end rattle. He's asked me for my engine but I didnt want to say yes incase there would be something to stop it dropping straight in.

Any help appreciated !

It will physically fit yes but its a different engine, he will also need ECU and probably some other items too, possibly auto box ECU not sure.

Oh this is a granted, he wants the whole car of me, but wants to know if he will have all the bits needed to stick it in the cabrio, all engine mounts the same etc ?
